I feel like I just went on a historical tour, that was great! Also, I'm here for the sequel.

What if you just wrote that book on the Sovereign? What would you need to feel ready for an endeavor like that?

That is so flattering to hear! I am just starting out writing so I definitely do not have the capacity to write a book, also too much going on with young kids. I would like to learn as much as I can about these coins though. Have a few books on my Christmas list ;-)

I never thought I would be interested in numismatics, but history that you can hold is so exciting. Much like castles or portraits you can actually see them- although those get PLENTY of attention. I am not sure why my historian heroes don't talk about coins much. Maybe because it is its own subject of study? Also writing about these things is a way to practice the craft and learn to research, but most importantly I want to have dialogue and build relationships with other history nerds. Thanks so much Reginald for taking the time!
